1-Year Colour Warranty

At Weemidas, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

Our stainless steel jewelry, including 14K Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver finishes, is designed to be water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and made for everyday wear. We don't use these terms as marketing buzzwords—we genuinely believe in the durability of our pieces.

If the colour of your eligible item fades within one year of purchase, we will provide store credit equal to the original purchase value of the item.

To make a warranty claim, simply contact us at weemidas@gmail.com with your order details and clear photographs of the item.

Warranty Exclusions

The 1-year colour warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Broken chains, clasps, or components
Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear
Loss or theft
Tiny jump rings and fastening components
Slight darkening of the gold tone over time

Please note that a slight deepening of the gold tone may occur with wear and is considered normal. This does not affect the integrity or longevity of the plating.

Returns & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your claim, we may require:

Your order number
Photographs showing the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue

Eligible damaged or defective items may be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

We currently do not offer prepaid return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
